Recheck Request Form Needs Updated! [resolved]

Post by MsTri »

I'm suggesting the addition of an "Are you sure?" button - or even two - after the Recheck submission, so the requester can be sure before hitting a final submit, like when posting one's review to begin with.

I got a review back some time ago and was requesting a recheck of my scorecard, when I accidentally clicked on the button to submit the recheck request, but I hadn't finished making my points yet, and I was unable to go back and correct my submission. Because there's a limit of the number of Rechecks one can use, there definitely should be a way to keep such mishaps from happening. (NOT a complaint, here) In my case, that's one request gone, not to mention the incorrect score.

Hello.

Thank you for this improvement suggestion. I'm sorry you encountered this problem. I'll Let Scott know of this so that the next time he updates the website, he adds the confirm button. Is there anywhere else you'd like the confirm button placed?
Insofar as the word 'should' even has meaning, then we must say that the past is exactly as it should be, everything that happened should have happened, and everything that should happen will happen

No; no particular place. Maybe it could be a pop-up? But then, people who use pop-up blockers may miss it? I'm sure anywhere easily seeable would be fine.

Hi MsTri,

Thank you for letting us know. I have forwarded this suggestion for a scorecard recheck confirmation button to management. If I can be of further assistance, please let me know. :)
