Delay in Daily Giveaway Prize [resolved]

Post by Sameena Ansari »

Hi.

I won the Daily Giveaway on 14th July, 2022. It's been a week already but I haven't received the prize yet.
The last time I won it, I received the prize within 4 days. Is there something else I need to do this time to qualify?
Kindly guide me.

Thank You.
- Sameena Ansari.

Hi.

Thank you for the inquiry. Was the book free for download on this day? If yes, have you forwarded the Amazon receipt? Please let me know so I can help. Thanks.

Hi.
I won the Daily Giveaway on 21st December, 2022. It's been over a week now but I haven't received the prize yet. Also, the BOTD for that day was not free for download.
Kindly look into it.
Thank you in advance :tiphat:
