Thank you, it has been helpful to me as a beginner. I understand that any new topic we create must be exclusive. And if there is a similar topic, we should write under this topic and not create a new topic.

• If you are setting up a new topic for a particular book, having checked that one does not already exist, please keep in mind that one sentence does not constitute a review. A review must be your opinion of the book, what you liked or did not like, what you feel worked or failed to work and/or your opinion of character, plot, style etc.
It doesn’t seem that you can create a topic for just any book. For example, Of Illusions and Ink Spills is a book of poems and has been a BOTD. It would be great to discuss favorite poems and other thoughts on the book. In the forum for this book, there is only a listing of reviews without the ability to add a topic. There is a poetry forum, but that is too vast for a focused discussion on one book. How do I create a topic for this book in this scenario? Thank you.

That is not a forum, it's the books page on Bookshelves.

You can discuss the book on any of the posted reviews. :tiphat:
