Book CLub Mystery [resolved]

It has been two months since I jloined and paid for a review. Now I get a message that I never files a request. I am not paying twice. The book is a cautionary travelguide: Toxie Puff Boy's Gudie to the Garden State. When I first asked about status, a messgae said it takes months. Now I'm asked to resubmit. This needs to be corrected at the Book CLub end. Complexifying this, the email of record, it is not correct. I cannot find a way to correct either of these deficiencies.
