So that we can provide faster and better support, this forum (the "Public Suggestion Box") has been retired. Instead, please send any suggestions you have to us using the official website contact form.

This allows us to streamline our support system so that we can get to your message much faster. Instead of our support staff having to check three different places (support forum, suggestion box, and contact form messages), they know can respond to all message through one method, with that one method being the official website contact form.

Hi, RJ Robin.

There are several ways to contact any of the admins, including Scott. You could send them a private message; all of their names are easy to type in (Scott, gali and Fran) and their names will appear in red if they have been entered correctly. Of course, the other option was to make a thread and this is what you've done. Is there anything that I could help with?

Oh, yes ... my apologies. Members must have a minimum of 10 posts before they can send private messages. However, posts in the 'Community and Off-Topic' section will not count. Is there any particular reason why you wanted to contact Scott? I might be able to help :)

Yes I was trying to request a review- but misspelled the title- and there was NO WAY OUT OF THAT- and I keep getting messages to pay- when I want to STOP the old one and start over. The no reply messages come at least once a day with only messages to contact Scott if there is a problem and no way at all to contact him. Could you delete the misspelled review request and let me start over?

I'm afraid I can't help with that, but if you scroll to the very bottom of the page there is a "Contact Scott" link. Click on that and there you'll find the option to report an issue with review requests and other things. This is just in case Scott doesn't see this thread, which is unlikely as he has eyes everywhere.

Sorry I couldn't be more helpful! I hope the issue is resolved soon :)

Not in the post, but right at the very bottom of the page. It will be below the list of Books of the Month at the very bottom, and it's next to "Feedback and Site Support Forum". Do you see that? Click on "Contact Scott" and select the third option for "I am an author/publisher who requested a review and have a problem/question about that". You can take it from there.

As I said, I'm not permitted to deal with those things and only Scott is able to. If you follow these directions a report will be sent to him and he will contact you when he can. He'll likely see this thread, but the report is just in case he doesn't.

Tried to complete the review request- however- on the gift request I could get the order number but not the code. After transferring the gift to my self- I still get xxx-xxxx etc and still can't see the whole number. this has been difficult for me, and I know you are struggling to help with my confusions. There is no email address for me to send someone there the gift card. and Amazon only displays the order number. Can we get around this?
Thank you

Have you sent @"Scott" a message about it?

They won't be able to send a PM to Scott because of their low post count, but I suggested that they used the "Contact Scott" link, which you gracefully also provided. Did you use this, @"RJ Robin"?

The page should show you several options (One is: "I am an author/publisher who requested a review and have a problem/question about that"). Have you seen it?

@"RJ Robin",

The contact form is on that page. You just need to scroll down.

Also, the first paragraph on the page should say,
This page contains the information available about this book and the tools for you to manage the request. If you still have questions after reviewing all of the information on this page, you can use the text box at the bottom to enter and submit your message.
Also, the 'contact' link shouldn't take you directly to that page; it takes you to a place where you can select he subject of your message, and it only takes you to that page when you click the button to say that the subject of your message is about the review request.

Let me know if any of that is not the case. But in any case I am sorry for the confusion.

Please just follow those steps to send me a quick message with the subject being the review request you want to change/cancel and I can cancel that request for you or just correct the misspelling so you do not have to start over. :)
