I receive a notification email daily with the subject line "Oh no, your carryover entries are going to be lost". It states within this notification that I reveive it because I subsribed to the BOTD. Yet I do nkt receive any other notifications, including the BOTD notification and/or any email that has a code, so I'm unable to follow the instructions to get the corresponding bonus entry.
