I think this saves time. Please tell if it is feasible.
Suggestion 2: There are many similar comments related to Amazon comments, so I think Amazon specific links can be added to Guidelines and Basics. A link to the tab where users can input their Amazon queries.
Or there should be explanation about what to do, or how to go about fulfilling the request as many books have asked for Amazon reviews.

Hi,Francine Jackson wrote: ↑12 May 2023, 11:53 I have been reviewing books for a professional organization since 1994, and have never been asked to verify my purchase. Granted, many books I have reviewed have been sent to me, but the reviews of the ones I've bought have always been accepted. I am sorry that your organization has had reviewers not buy a book and review it, anyway, but it strikes me as quite unprofessional to have to prove that a person paid money to buy a book. This happened because I sent a review for a book (twice), and both copies seem to have been placed into a black hole because I could not locate my sales slip. Francine Jackson
Thank you for reaching out. I'm very sorry you couldn't find your receipt. I'm not sure why you think that book purchase verification is unprofessional. Can you suggest other ways to determine whether or not the book was purchased?
Thank you.
Melissa.
