I Need Help!

Hello, I created two accounts by accident today. At first, I wanted to be an author reviewer, but unfortunately, my book is not published as of yet. So I decided to create a new account to be a regular reviewer before I even read about the prohibition of two accounts. I apologize, and I hope to keep the author reviewer account so that I can request reviews once it is published. If I cannot keep either of the accounts, I understand and apologize again for my lack of understanding. Thank you for your time and help.

Thank you for reaching out. I'm very sorry to hear that you were banned from the review team. Does the ban notice explain how you can appeal the ban? Can you please send a screenshot of the ban notice?

I have not received a ban notice, I only read about not having 2 accounts as I was completing the account set up for this account. But I can look again. Thank you.
