Delayed payment

Hi there,
I have received payment for the recent review which I did but have not received the payment for the first review which I did earlier. The status still says "owed". There is no discrepancy or any PRQ dispute with respect to the review in question here. I do not understand why the payment was not done for the previous review (published) but for the recent one. There is also no way to contact the admin or any responsible person who handles such issues. Ideally, a team should be in place to answer and provide support promptly.
