Payment Posted But Not Able To Upload Book

I am contacting you because I was under the impression that I would be guaranteed 200 book sales within 4 months if I paid the $97.00. I paid . Every time I try to upload my book your system keeps asking for the same $97.00 I have already paid. It is pending in my bank account so I know you have received your payment.

Can you help?
