Delayed payment since January

Hi, I submitted a review in December and my review was accepted and rated back in January. Somehow it took until March or April to get an email saying my review was accepted. I still haven't received my $100 payment and it is definitely over 5 weeks that the guidelines say it will take to receive payment. On payment history it says updated in January, and $100 owed. It also says to ask @Scott on the review team if I had any questions. There is no way to contact him on his profile, so I'm posting here for help. Can anyone help me?
