And thank you for reaching out. Kindly go to your Amazon page and click 'returns & orders', then click 'digital orders' and search for the book in question from the list. You should then see an option that says 'view invoice' under the book's title. Please click that and see if it shows you a receipt with your name on it. You can then take a screenshot of the receipt and upload it to the verification page.
