Hello. I have a Hotmail account, and I stopped receiving emails two days ago. I added the no-reply email to my contacts, and I reached out to Microsoft and the customer service lady accessed my computer and told me that everything was okay on my end and that it would be on the provider's end. I can still not get the verification email even though it worked the first time. I'd be okay with changing my email, but Hotmail is my preferred email. May I have some assistance?

The resend link isn't working. Microsoft says they have no problem. They say sender should visit their website for information about sending emails including trouble shooting. My email address has no problem.

My email was verified when I first joined but now it's saying that the emails sent to me are being bounced back and I need to verify again. However, I'm not receiving the email to get the link to verify either. It's not in my junk folder or any where else and all my other emails are being received normally.

Thank you very much, I will try it. In my case, the emails have always arrived, but a few days ago they have not arrived and I get to verify my email, even so the verification does not arrive, I will be informing you of any changes.

I have received the email, but it only takes me to the sign-in page and does not redirect to let me verify. I have tried multiple times with no luck so far.

Is anyone reading these messages? There is a problem with your email verification and I am locked out. I would appreciate some help with this matter.
I changed my email from jsovermyer@hotmail.com to use jsovermyer@gmail.com instead. I have hit the resend button multiple times. I haven't received an email on either address. It worked fine everyday before July 22. MSN who controlls Hotmail.com says they don't see your email on their end. It is not being blocked for any reason. It is not coming into their server.

Hey, same here! I am having trouble receiving the verification email. I have never had any problems receiving OBC emails until Thursday, July 21, when I realized I did not receive the Book of the Day email. A day later, when I tried to enter the BOTD Giveaway, I was asked to verify my subscription because it said, "emails sent to you have bounced." I keep clicking the resend button, but I still haven't received the verification email. I've contacted my email provider and am still waiting for a response, but I don't think the problem is on their end. Can anyone help me fix this problem? Thank you.

I have received many emails from Onlinebookclub without problem and now I seem to be getting no emails. I have checked spam, junk, and everything else and there seems to be nothing wrong. Is there another way to solve this problem?

I have tried to resend the code for a couple of days and not getting it and as it is hard to get hold of hotmail I thought I would just change email provider and email, but can't find where i can change that on here, can anyone help?
