Phone verification help

I have tried multiple times to verify my phone munber but still cant verify or update my status. I have recieved overdue email reminders but when I select the link in the emails to update. I am still redirected to the phone verification page. Kindly help.

I really wish they fix the issue. I am recieving overdue remainders to update my review page but I cant update and I am worried it will affect my overall review score.

Same here. Been trying to update my status since Thursday and I keep getting overdue remainders to update and every link redirects me to the phone verification page. My overall review score is definitely taking the hit now. Hoping the issue is soon resolved.

Hi, the issue seems resolved now as I have managed to verify phone number. I have however received points deductions since I haven’t been able to update the status in almost a week. Is there a way to fix this? Thank you.
