So that we can provide faster and better support, this forum (the "Public Suggestion Box") has been retired. Instead, please send any suggestions you have to us using the official website contact form.

This allows us to streamline our support system so that we can get to your message much faster. Instead of our support staff having to check three different places (support forum, suggestion box, and contact form messages), they know can respond to all message through one method, with that one method being the official website contact form.

It would be really cool if we could see the most viewed review on the cool community stats page. This could help newbies like me to read and learn from the best reviews on site.

Hi and welcome to the forums! In theory, this is a good idea. However, there are often other reasons why a review gets a very high number of views. There are two features on this site that I believe makes certain reviews get a high number of views, regardless of whether the review is well written or interesting - the Book of the Month and the Book of the Day. Members get points in their score for discussing the Book of the Month so that review would naturally get more views. There is a daily gift card giveaway for the Book of the Day and you get a bonus entry if you post a comment on the review for that book. I have seen older reviews that had hardly any previous views or comments suddenly get a huge number of views and comments when the book becomes the Book of the Day.

Hahaha...
On a positive note, the BOTD might give a newer reviewer more exposure that they wouldn't have received otherwise.

As you read more reviews on the site, I think you will get some ideas about how to write a better review. :)
