I'm struggling to make text bold and italics on review. On page which says submit final review and pressed the preview button when I entered the code (i)(/i) ,(b)(/b) but nothing changed for Heading italics and ratings. Can you please help.

That's because you use the wrong symbols. The first post explains what to do in detail.
