Thank you for reaching out. Please note that if the words are bold and italic in the Word document, these formats will not carry over in the review submission form. Please follow the instructions in this post to make your text bold and italic. If you need further clarification, please let me know.

It was working in the text you posted, but I had to delete it because you may not post reviews in this thread. Please don't put the author's name in italics! Thanks.

Thank you for reaching out. If I understand correctly, your placed your rating in bold but you are receiving error messages? Can you tell me what those error messages are?
