Please do read the step-by-step instructions set out in the first post of this thread.

If any part of that is not clear, please tell us which part specifically.

Thanks,

Alice

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out. Please note that if the words are bold and italic in the Word document, these formats will not carry over in the review submission form. Please follow the instructions in this post to make your text bold and italic. If you need further clarification, please let me know.

I'm glad that I can make bold and italics but I still can't see my original text changing in bold and italics as it has appeared here

It was working in the text you posted, but I had to delete it because you may not post reviews in this thread. Please don't put the author's name in italics! Thanks.

I can use and i understand how it works the italic and bold type, the problem is i did everything to type it right but it always says that i need to use bold and italic even if they're already italic and bold

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out. If I understand correctly, your placed your rating in bold but you are receiving error messages? Can you tell me what those error messages are?
