Halloween/Spooky Tales Discussion (Oct '23)

Post by Heidi M Simone »

Happy October!
We will be discussing books that are either Halloween-oriented or are considered spooky in celebration of Halloween. :scared-ghostface:

As usual, here are some guiding discussion questions:

- What book did you read or are currently reading?
- Was it specifically set during Halloween or was it just a spooky tale?
- Were there other genres woven into the text? If so, which one(s)?
- Did this book spook you at all?
- Share your rating of this book, and the target audience.

I started reading Nightbooks by J.A. White. I've only read the first chapter, but it seems like a kind of creepy, but fun/light read. Right up my alley! Has anyone read it before?
