Some poems might be puzzling or unclear to me, but that's the essence of poetry. Each person interprets poems differently, making them their own by understanding them in a personal way.

I understood the words in the poems, but I may have had a completely different interpretation of some of the poetry than the author or other readers. People can take away a variety of perspectives from the same poem depending on their life experiences and knowledge.

While the poems language was often clear, poetry is not always something to be immediately “understood.” There are often several layers to an author’s thoughts, and nothing embodies this fact like poetry. I think there are still more parts that I am yet to uncover in the book.

I think I understood most poems but those were all just my interpretations of what the poet wanted to say. What they actually wanted to convey might be a mystery to me.

I didn’t really understand the poems. I’m not a poem lover in general so I found it very hard to cope with this one

I just started reading the book and I'm appreciating the effort. When I'm accomplished by the end will analyze my opinion. :techie-studyingbrown:

No, and I don't necessarily see that as a bad thing. It just allows me to keep rereading and contemplating until I do!

I am still reading, and so far the language seems to be clear and easy to grasp. However, each poem is open to different interpretations, and some feel different upon rereading. And I think this will be the case with most of the poems.

I did not understand every poem in the book Artwords by Beatriz M. Robles. Some poems were hard to understand because they used complex words, symbols, or metaphors that I could not interpret. Some poems were also written in different languages, such as Spanish or French, that I could not read. I think the book is meant to challenge the reader’s imagination and perception, and to appreciate the beauty and diversity of art and words.

I'm also into it. Reading and grabbing some important things for knowledge but had some explicit language. That's the flaws I found, but will be able to clarify it structure if done.
