Insofar as the word 'should' even has meaning, then we must say that the past is exactly as it should be, everything that happened should have happened, and everything that should happen will happen

If I’m the customer then yes the customer is always right. If I am customer support, then customers can be wrong.

It is so strange that we see this every day somewhere. Also, is the customer always right? This is how society normalizes harassment.
Make us think.

I believe both should have their rights, and as long as they do not violate eachother's rights, they should be able to have a respectful exchange. Dignity is more expensive than any paycheck.

The customer is certainly not always right. It all comes down to respect. Customers who disrespect workers are definitely not in the right.

I'll agree that customers are always right when they act respectfully towards vendors, but when they're being blatantly disrespectful, I wouldn't say the same.

"The customer is always right" is a customer service philosophy suggesting that businesses should prioritize customer satisfaction. However, it's not always literal; sometimes customers may be mistaken. Balancing customer needs with fair business practices is essential.
Concrete concept. 💫

I don't think that customers are always right. They should never be rude to the workers and should respect their rights as well.

I can think of a lot of instances when the customer is not right. In fact, a lot times the customer is wrong, but the business does its best to accommodate them anyway. I think it’s good practice to be accommodating within reason. Sometimes it’s just unreasonable.

I can’t say for sure. It depends on the situation but most times in the business world, the customer is considered always right.

The principle "the customer is always right" is a customer service philosophy suggesting that customer satisfaction is a top priority. However, it's not an absolute rule, and there are situations where customers may be mistaken or unreasonable. Balancing customer satisfaction with fair business practices is essential.

Customers are most of the times either confused about something or have misunderstood something. Making them feel like they’re right has always been a business tactic to increase repetition and build bonds.

“Desserted” is a thought-provoking calligram. I like shape poems anyway, but this one hits home in a different part of my emotions. I have worked as a waitress and endured the sexual harassment that seems to come with the territory.

Everyone knows what the services of the waitress are. If the customer steps outside of the boundaries of what a business offers, the customer is wrong.

Within the boundaries of the quality of the product or the service a business offers, the slogan arose, I am sure. That is why we have warranties and satisfaction guarantees.

It is also why at least a few people still have good old common horse sense.

This always start in two ways. Emotions and logic. Either of the two personnel. If one of the two makes one of his feelings mount the other brings either a positive or negative results. Think about in the "Desserted" scenario . :techie-studyingbrown:
If you want things to be different, perhaps the answer is to become different yourself.

I strongly have to make a change of clarification here. I went through the narrative again and found out that there's an aspect of disrespect. People, look at the act of self-respect. Because a lot of systematic regulations and morals have come and we should be smart to note. We should read and gain knowledge and wisdom.
