This book affected me quite positively and yes, it did make me happy. The reason it made me happy is because it made see "Hope" in a different light. I believe this book isn't merely an inspirational book; instead, it's a toolkit equipped with actionable strategies to face life's challenges. It’s a reminder that happiness isn’t elusive—it’s a choice we make, fueled by hope. I think this thought I had after I read the book pretty much reflects the impact it had on the way I perceive myself.

Yes. Reading this book really help me a lot clearly. Easily, it gave me hope. Hope for a live full of happiness. Happiness is something we can achieve if we want to, if not, it won't come to you just like that. That is my opinion at least.
