I like the approach that this book takes to viewing hope.
I viewed hope as wishful thinking before reading this book.
Reading this book has changed my perspective on hope.

I now view it as a strategy and I see the value in hope and the role it plays in navigating through the storms of life, with a positive mindset, accompanied by corresponding and constructive activity.

I am very much an introvert, I also am glad to have read the importance of fostering meaningful relationships with myself and others in the journey of life. There are times when we need people and people need us, I see the value and wisdom in identifying such times and such people on our respective paths.

I do agree with Dr Ross in the role that hope plays in igniting happiness within that ultimately radiates and impacts our world , setting it positively alight.

It emphasizes the importance of hope in developing meaningful relationships and recognizing when we need others. I agree with Dr. Ross that hope creates happiness and has a positive impact on the world.

Before reading this book my thinking was that we know that hope is a great factor in improving your self-confidence and it is good to talk about it or to boost the energy of anybody but I did not believe fully in hope and after reading this book there are so many real-life experiences are given and I can finally trust the process of HOPE. Yes hope can change your way of seeing any problems, Yes you can overcome anxiety with the help of hope and if you don't believe that hope can help you so must read this book and apply everything in your life.

Reading this book have really showed me the real meaning of happiness. I have promised myself to seek happiness from within rather than seeking it elsewhere.
