Such books often provide insights into personal development, resilience, and self-discovery. They may offer practical strategies to overcome challenges, build confidence, and set achievable goals. Additionally, narratives and examples within these books can resonate with readers, creating a sense of connection and encouragement.

I'd recommend this to people who are low on morale, the willingness to be brave and chase their dreams, and given up hope on life & themselves, in general.

Also, I suggest it especially for those grappling with depression and anxiety, as it offers a transformative perspective and outlines an alternative path.

My mother.

She is always depressed. According to her, things are always wrong in her life. She is retired with all her bills paid and comfortable money in the market. I wish she would read this book and change her negative views on the world a bit.

No anxiety=peace and clear mind, which brings about a feeling of happiness and satisfaction. This book can cater to any group of life, apart from kids, because it’s got some large terms they’d probably need a thesaurus to understand. Notwithstanding, if you give this book to a friend, does it mean you demean them by publicly stating that you know they are unhappy? Just thinking allowed.

Dr Randy Ross wrote the book during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic. Many people's lives were affected during that period. Some people took it all in their stride (these people had hope, which Fireproof Happiness is all about), and the ones who suffered the most had maybe lost hope. This book is for them!

To people facing anxiety, to people who have been long waiting for something yet can get it, this book will be a great read for this in the above categories.

I would recommend this book to those who know they need to improve their inner contentment and are willing to take the advice and learn from his experiences, and take it all on board. They have to be open to help and willing to let go of stubbornness.
