What I learned from this book is that “hope” plays an important part in human life. When I feel down, I need to hope for a brighter future because that will be my source of happiness and my source of motivation to move forward in life.

This book gave me a good reminder that challenges in our lives can actually become gifts for our betterment and know that things happen for a reason (even though we may never understand why it happened).

I'm just going to go ahead and list the three most important lessons I've learned from the book
- Have a strategy
- Be courageous
- Resiliency and flexibility
The power of this three things cannot be overemphasized.
Life will go whichever way. Changing it is up to a very powerful force :|

I only believed in practical solutions before, but this book taught me that hope also plays a key role in happiness and I need it in order to live a happy life.

Army staff Sergeant Travis Mills and novelist Christy Brown's life struggle show that there are immense possibilities that lie on the other side of our problems.

I agree with you that having something to look forward to is vital in life. A sense of purpose outside of myself is most important to me. Without those two things, I might find it hard to get out of bed in the morning.

When lost and in doubt, never lose sight of hope. Even if the destination gets blurred, if hope exists, we can definitely reach the bright end of the tunnel.

The best thing I learned is that hope and happiness aren't mutually exclusive, they are intertwined together.

Hope make you happy and happiness gives you hope.

I gained knowledge on how to nurture hope and use it to advance toward my goals. I also discovered the distinction between hope and wishful thinking, so I made that decision about which category to place my dreams in.
