I learned that to overcome the tough times and build a brighter future filled with happiness, I need to choose hope to improve my life. I need to change my perspective and choose hope in all situations that I face.

I learned that without hope, our lives will lack the spark for motivation, which is our guide to success. Otherwise, we can easily fall into a dull routine lifestyle, which can easily lead to depression and resentment.

I discovered that choosing hope will help me make improvements in my life, get me through the difficult times, and create a happier, brighter future. In each position I find myself in, I need to shift my viewpoint and choose hope.

I learnt the value of hope and not just mindless wishing. Hope has the power to transform my life. I learnt that hope is not just passive but it brings about action too.

I learned that hope, having something to look forward to, and a sense of purpose are what is required to instantly motivate me and keep my mindset positive and my outlook on life in a happy place.

I learned that a lot can get in your way of being happy, and there will be a million reasons to not be happy. But choosing happiness and a calm mindset can change a lot in your life.

The author discussed broadly on hope. I think that was a wonderful subject. Hope can bring happiness and contentment in knowing things might work out your way, but what if they don’t? Food for thoughts…

I learned the four core beliefs: Positivity, Responsibility, Agility, and Reality. I also discovered that the absence of hope can cause depression.

One lesson that stands out is hope, it is what keeps on going even when we feel that our plans are not going well but hope let's us hold out a while longer. Beautiful book.
