Indeed, it is quite obvious that Dr Randy Ross practises what he preaches. He is so full of enthusiasm that you can almost hear his voice through the words. Hope is his message: learn, use, and reap it in. He repeats his message so many times that it gets ingrained into your brain, but it's an excellent message.

This book exceeded my expectations, since I’m not usually a big fan of self-help books (I think that a lot of times they tend to be a little degrading), but this one caught my eye so I thought I’d give it a read. I actually feel like I came away from this book more inclined to self-reflection and self-assessment, which I can’t usually say about books like this. It’s positive tone and use of real-life anecdotes really contributed to the author’s points and made the book a lot more interesting than it would have been otherwise.
