Insofar as the word 'should' even has meaning, then we must say that the past is exactly as it should be, everything that happened should have happened, and everything that should happen will happen

I would recommend this book to anyone who can read because I don't know a single person who doesn't struggle with anxiety and could use this book's help.

No anxiety=peace and clear mind, which brings about a feeling of happiness and satisfaction. This book can cater to any group of life, apart from kids, because it’s got some large terms they’d probably need a thesaurus to understand. Notwithstanding, if you give this book to a friend, does it mean you demean them by publicly stating that you know they are unhappy? Just thinking allowed.

I'd recommend to all the people who are a bit foggy about their life's management. That might mean people who struggle with their emotions, people who are trying to understand how to find their professional path, and whoever needs to find some order in any part of their life.
Ciao :)

I would recommend this book to just about anyone who wants to take an active role in their own happiness. It is clear, well-written, and easy to understand. I am appreciating it as I read it! I keep thinking about former President Obama whose entire political platform was based on hope. Smart man. It worked - he gave so many people hope, he got elected twice!

I would recommend this book to just about anyone unless they are already happy and full of hope. I don't know anyone who fits that description right now, with the world being in such a mess. Reading this book gave me a different perspective on how I look at things.

Hi, Melisa, I would recommend this book to anyone who is feeling depressed and goes to bed every night dreading the next day. These people have lost their way and need to redefine their values. Depressed people often turn to inspirational books or people so that they can turn their lives around. Just knowing that you have a plan to work on to attain a personal goal can get you out of bed the next day. Also, the confidence to know that if your plan is not working as expected it is okay to change course and follow another plan can be a real boost to your morale. Also, leaning a bit on someone who believes in you is important. Go out for a coffee with a friend and discuss what you hope for and how you can make it happen. Have a great day. :techie-studyinggray:

This is a book for one and all. Anxiety is a very prevelant emotion. It can cause indecisiveness. I like the point "Skill is important However, the differenciating factor is someone's will. This emphasize the fact that talent alone won't get us to the desired destination as mentioned by the author. This is a recommended book for those who are willing to hold onto hope and make life better.

I think it should be read by everyone of all ages, no matter their profession. Its also highly recommended for anyone seeking inspiration and resilience in the face of adversity. It's a good reminder that people can cling to hope to boost their adaptability in hard times. I would also suggest it for those who are depressed, anxious, and feeling helpless. It can encourage them to change their perspective on how they view their problems and show them an alternative path they can pursue. And it all starts with hope.

Everyone should read this book. You may need all this in your difficult moments and what happens if you don't know how to tackle it. I'd say this will act as a prophylaxis anytime
Life will go whichever way. Changing it is up to a very powerful force :|
