I agree with the majority of these responses. Focusing on the good in a situation is a great way to problem solve. It doesn't always have to be negative or a problem because there is always something good to see. Even in failure, you can see the good and the lessons that you learned.

Focusing on the positive has been the most effective to me since I finished reading this book.
