Yes I did, but the most important thing is to put those advices to work. Rather than having it in mind, it is better to put them into action by changing what we want to change about ourselves.

Yes, as it is a self-help or self-discovery book, it is full of advice, and the theories are obviously practical and applicable to people.

I think yes, it is practical and applicable. This book just provided a way to change your thinking perspective in your day-to-day activities, which indirectly indicates that people must be understandable and mature to be fireproof for happiness.

Mostly Yes. A lot of the information and knowledgeable ideas that Randy provided were real life guides. It's very much applicable to anybody and at anytime especially if you're exasperated, dejected and tired.

The fact that the book is practical is one of the reasons I love it. The methods are easy to follow when properly followed too.

I don't think they're universally applicable, per se, because specific circumstances will call for specific courses of actions - and no book in the world can tell you what to do to make your life better. But they definitely serve as a great guideline, and as something to keep in mind through all your future endeavors.
