Insofar as the word 'should' even has meaning, then we must say that the past is exactly as it should be, everything that happened should have happened, and everything that should happen will happen

One of the themes I noticed is contained in this quote, "Don't focus on doing certain behaviors, concentrate on changing from the core of our being." As we all start making New Year's resolutions, I think this concept is important.

Well, this book covers many themes, out of which, hope, happiness, dealing with anxiety, and perception are the main ones. I feel all of these themes are extremely essential to read about and have its impact positively on our lives, especially in a world where anxiety and hopelessness seem rampant. Also, this book offers practical insights into how hope isn't confined to personal spheres but extends its influence into professional realms, enriching both personal and collective growth. This book is truly helpful.

Happiness and the intrinsic worth of hope are the primary themes. The author continues by clarifying that it is not just wishful thinking and that, when used completely, it inspires people to accept the things in life that cannot be altered, avoid personalizing failure, and use the resources at their disposal to find the best course of action.

The central theme that resonated throughout the book was the powerful interplay of hope and happiness. As I delved into the narrative, the profound exploration of these emotions overwhelmed me, weaving a tapestry of optimism and joy that lingered long after the final pages. The author's skillful portrayal of the human experience illuminated the transformative nature of hope, and the way it intertwines with the pursuit of happiness made the reading experience deeply moving and thought-provoking.

The main idea of the book is based on living a happy and peaceful life. Overcoming anxiety, being hopeful even when things don't go as planned are some of the other themes on which the book is based.

Hope brings positive energies, which in turn drives away anxiety, stress and despair and brings in happiness. Happiness is a state of mind, a choice, rather than a destination. I think that's the point that this book drives!!
