I have always found books like these a must in every person's personal library, because I feel like it can benefit their overall life experience and improve it. Anxiety can be an awful thing and many people don't understand how it really impacts your life.

I’ve heard many people use the word “anxiety” very casually very often while the real thing is much more worse and unfathomable. Based on everyone’s comments on this book, I believe I need to move it up on my TBR!

This book is useful if the reader actually follow the guidance from the book and not just read and forget about it. It's not that the person will intently forget the guidance but out anxiety and overthinking is much powerful than we think. I hope that people have a good hope after reading this book.

I want to be helped by this book, I would like 'Fireproof Happiness'. I find that it's very difficult to put his advice into practice unless you are focused and set on the book's course. Hope is lovely but sometimes very difficult to achieve properly. Luckily I am a human, and as such, already have this innate aspect to my psyche.

Even though I've only just begun reading this book, I've already found it to be a valuable guide for navigating life with happiness and fulfillment, even amidst anxiety, fears, and uncertainty. I'm thoroughly enjoying it, and my expectations for the rest of the book are high.

"Fireproof Happiness: Extinguishing Anxiety & Igniting Hope" by Randy Ross is indeed a powerful and practical guide to find hope and manage anxiety. I think that anxiety cannot be overcome (for it occurs without our wanting it to). However, this book gives you many tools to become aware of how to manage anxiety. I think self-help books with depth on psychology would help a bit more. Still, this was an enjoyable and memorable read.

I agree with your post. The personal anecdotes are my personal favourites. It added an emotional touch to the principles discussed in this book. Hope is an important element in this book.

Anxiety has become a permanent feature in this world. Ross used the COVID-19 time to illustrate better how anxiety affected the world. Hope can shoo anxiety away, so to say, if it's held strong.
