This book didn't help me get new hope rather it made me see the positive and negative side of life and what hope does when I allow it.

I learned quite a lot from reading this book and I would agree that it ignited hope in me, especially at this point in life where things are not moving fast. I believe in Dr. Ross’s theory.

This book made me realize the role of hope in our lives. I'm now following a routine, as the book suggests, believing that it gives us hope to do better later on.

I totally agree with you there, having a regular routine and also stepping out of your comfort zone is vital to gaining hope and happiness.

However, it did provide an analysis on the concept of hope which is useful, along with many examples that make this book worth reading. Overall, my conception of hope and how to analyze and self-reflect upon it has enhanced because of Dr. Ross. For that, I am thankful for reading it.
I love the way you are describing this book! I also believe many people who read this book will find it useful and will definitely impact their life in a better way.

Of course, Yes, It emphasizes how worry can lead to calm, clarity of mind, and happiness, as well as help individuals who are stuck or undecided. It encourages me to shift my perspectives on challenges and take different approaches, beginning with hope.

Yes, I believe this book can bring hope to a person who has lost it The book is well-written and motivating. I would have like to read this book during the pandemic. That era was very hard for me and my family.

I understood many things about happiness and hope, but I won't say it gave me hope. Rather, I'll say that it helped me let go of doubt and embrace the hope that I already had.
