Depending on the circumstances, and if they are minors, I believe the children should go with their mother. If it is safe for the children, let them have visitations with their father. Do not use your children as a weapon against a spouse. It causes confusion and can build hate within the children against the parents. As children get older, they will make their own decisions about your spouse and will or will not accept your spouse in their lives. If you are still not sure, let the courts decide. Bring your facts. Let your children live their lives as normal as possible. During the divorce process and after, show your children love and tell them you love them often. Remind them that whatever is happening is not their fault!

It depends on what age they are, if they are a teenager, then yes I would. My parents asked me to choose the parent I wanted to live with and I am glad they did.Eugine Ingalwa wrote: ↑15 Jun 2024, 09:57 If you are a parent, would you consider giving your children a chance to decide whom to go with in case of a divorce?
