The lesson I got out of it is to not get too comfortable with incumbency. Take risks and be ruthless, but do not make the government angry. Lawfare is just as lethal, if not more lethal, to your business as upstarts are.

Integrate as much as you can. Buy out competitors. Do your own logistics. Your own transportation. Keep it all as in-house as possible. Just don't run afoul of the law.

Do not go public if you don't have to. Shareholder activism sucks and it will bury your business.

I learned that just because you have a really good idea for a business doesn't mean it will thrive. You need a really good strategy to execute this your business idea.

These companies that went bust are a real wake-up call. They show why staying flexible and understanding what customers need is key to survival. They all seem to have tripped up because they wouldn't adapt to changing markets.

I learned that having a business idea isn't the real deal but it's perfect strategic execution. Always being on point is very important that way you can easily adapt to the new market changes.

I learned that business strategy is as important as the business itself. No mater how good a business is . Without strategy , you'll go nowhere.

The lessons i learnt from failed business mentioned in this book are Success requires calculated risks. Don't get complacent. Control your empire by having business strategy. Remember, staying above-board is crucial. Consider the pros and cons before going public.

Each business is unique, and owners should not depend solely on strategies that succeeded for others but instead consistently reassess their own. Regardless of a business's quality, without a solid strategy, progress is unattainable.

The biggest lesson I learned from failed businesses is that one must stay flexible and adaptable to society if one wants to stay afloat! It is also important to know when your time is up in the field and when a graceful exit should be best completed before you flop from not being able to stay ahead of the times.
