No, I didn't receive the vaccine and it really had nothing to do with any conspiracy theory. I just didn't feel like and so didn't bother to receive any.

I have taken 6 Covid-19 shots since the beginning of the pandemic. I did not hesitate as one of my friends died in the first two weeks of the pandemic announcement. He was 56 years old and not yet vaccinated. Another friend ended up in hospital in a coma and needing a respirator. He was 59 years old and not yet vaccinated. His recovery took 6 months. Many people were dying in old-age homes in our area. I felt no bad effects from the first vaccine, so I continued to get them. I believed that all the other vaccines I have received in my lifetime had not done any harm to me and had protected me. Therefore, why not take the Covid-19 vaccine?

I chose not to get vaccinated because there were no reports of anyone I knew getting infected with the virus, and there were also rumors about potential side effects that I couldn't verify. Despite not receiving the vaccine, I managed to avoid contracting COVID-19.

Yes, I got two doses of the COVID vaccine. It was voluntary, not mandatory. At that time, everyone was waiting for a vaccine; many people even tried to pay to get it sooner and get a 'good' brand. It felt like a vaccine was the only answer to preventing deaths from COVID.

I received the vaccine because it was mandated in the country I was traveling to. They wouldn't even let you past airport security without being vaccinated.

Yes, I received the COVID-19 vaccine. I was started on the Johnson & Johnson vaccine then I was given Moderna as a booster dose. There are three reasons why I agreed to be vaccinated. First, I am a healthcare provider, a position that kept me on the frontline while fighting the pandemic. At that time anything that could protect me was acceptable. Second, I needed to travel outside my country. At that time, one could not gain access to some countries without a prove of vaccination against COVID-19. Lastly, the WHO assured people that the vaccines have been tested and are safe for humans. Looking back in time and reading this book has made me regret my decision.

I didn't receive the vaccine because schools were closed and I had no need to be anywhere else that really mattered. That said, at the time I felt some relief from not needing this vaccine because I feared that I'd have some nasty reaction to it, just like the popular rumors claimed.

I got the vaccines but did not go for the boosters as at the time, the pandemic had quietened down and there was no much urgency to it. Why did I get them? Because the people who knew better than me in the medical field suggested it was best to get them. I practice law and know better than some people in the aspect of law. It was just wise to get it.

I did receive the Covid vaccine. My employer required it. Working in healthcare, even though I worked from home and was around no other employees, I was still required to receive it. Both times it made me violently ill, and I still suffer from the effects of the vaccines.

Yes, I received the COVID-19 vaccine. I chose to get vaccinated because I wanted to protect myself and those around me from the potential risks of COVID-19. At the time, the scientific consensus was that the vaccines were safe and effective in preventing severe illness and death from COVID-19. I consulted with my healthcare provider, weighed the potential benefits and risks, and made an informed decision to get vaccinated.

I did receive the COVID-19 vaccine just so I could feel safe from all that was happening.

Yes I received the COVID-19 vaccine because I always aware of how the virus was on a rampage affecting both the old and young. I was also ware of the risk associated with not receiving the vaccine.
