Immunity
My parents both got the vaccine. Both still were infected by COVID and became severely I'll.
I did not and have never been infected.
The information about ivermectin, Vitamin D, and other preventative methods Dr. Huber suggests are supposed to strengthen the immune system. Do you think it's better to strengthen the immune system or to vaccinate against, specifically, COVID? " The COVID vaccines have also been observed to damage the human innate immune system, specifically an aspect of our immunity that is necessary."

I got 2 doses of Covid Vaccine, and I got covid 3 times(I am a medical student who actively worked with Covid + patients in the hospital during covid19). However, in all three times that I tested positive, I got nothing more than a stuffy nose. Same goes for most of my colleagues & friends from med school who got vaccinated. Also, majority of the people that were admitted due to serious respiratory issues in our hospital where either the ones that had some prior respiratory issue(like asthma, Tuberculosis, fibrosis) or those that did not get vaccinated. So in my clinical & personal experience I would definitely go with vaccine + building a solid immune system.
But it's important to remember that Vaccine is not the only solution. You need to have a good immune system in order for a vaccine to work. If you have a shitty immune system vaccines can do nothing for you. Vaccines give your immune system the signal that it need to defend the body against a certain bug, but when your immune system is not working properly that signal given by vaccine is of no use. At the end, its your immune system fighting against the disease, vaccine is just priming the immune system.

1. Vaccine Efficacy: COVID-19 vaccines have undergone rigorous testing and large-scale clinical trials to demonstrate their efficacy in preventing severe illness, hospitalization, and death caused by COVID-19. They have been shown to significantly reduce the risk of severe outcomes associated with the virus.
2. Preventative Methods: While strengthening the immune system through supplements like Vitamin D or medications like ivermectin may have potential benefits in supporting overall health and immune function, their specific effectiveness against COVID-19 is still under study. Evidence supporting these methods varies, and they may not provide the same level of protection as vaccines in preventing infection or severe illness from COVID-19.
3. Risk and Benefit: The decision to vaccinate or focus on immune support should consider individual health factors, risk of exposure to COVID-19, and potential side effects of both vaccines and alternative treatments. Vaccination has been a cornerstone of public health strategies to control the spread of infectious diseases historically, including COVID-19.
4. Scientific Consensus: Current scientific consensus, supported by global health organizations like the WHO and CDC, emphasizes vaccination as a crucial tool in combating the COVID-19 pandemic due to its proven efficacy and role in achieving herd immunity.
Ultimately, the choice between strengthening the immune system through supplements and opting for vaccination should be based on informed discussions with healthcare professionals, considering individual health circumstances and weighing the risks and benefits associated with each approach.
