Did you receive any of the COVID-19 vaccines? If yes, what are your experiences and opinions about the vaccines?

I took the first dose because it was arranged in our collage. It was mandatory. But I didn't take the second dose. I felt that it had more side effects than any benefits.

I was working in health care at the time and was mandated to take both the first and second vaccines. I had a terrible reaction and problems with my heart. I am no longer able to work and have since had a stroke. Very sad situation with this vaccination. I personally dealt with many patients who had adverse reactions and felt that no one cared about them.

I didn’t take the vaccines, so I guess I’ll have to see what others are saying. If a pandemic like this breaks out again,we should be more open minded and not just go with what others say.

To date I have taken 5 COVID-19 vaccines and I have had COVID once. I did not experience any of the negative symptoms that are described in the book. I am retired, and I don't really feel any different. I guess I am lucky, or maybe I will experience symptoms as time goes on. I am not sure if I will take another vaccine since reading this book. I will pay attention and see what is happening around me with family and friends who are vaccinated. So far they are all okay as well. Time will tell.

Covid vaccines had received a lot of criticisms around the time I got vaccine and I didn't want to receive it. However, due to unavoidable circumstances, I received the vaccine and I can't say I had any complaints then. I felt like my normal self. So I would say I viewed it like any other vaccine out there. That is until I read the book.

I vehemently refused to take it. Not trying to say those that took it did anything wrong. I just felt like it wasn't for me, I wasn't prepared for the side effects (if it had any)

I had 3 doses as it was highly recommended in NZ and those that didn't have it couldn't go as many places. Lockdown was tough so I wanted to be able to go out. I've had covid 3 times with very minor symptoms. No issues at all since having it

Yes, I did receive the COVID-19 vaccines and didn't feel any different. I had no side effects apart from the light fever that I was warned about after getting the vaccine.

I received the initial dose of the vaccine because it was organized and required by our college, but I opted not to take the second dose. After considering the potential side effects and weighing them against the benefits, I decided that it wasn't in my best interest to continue with the second dose.

I have had three doses of the vaccine, and I am due for the fourth. And the only side effects I had with them were each time an incredible pain in my arm that barely let me move it. Likewise, in its defense, I will also say that the times I have had COVID, I have noticed, with each dose, that the symptoms were less and much more bearable.

Hi!
At first, I was skeptical of taking the vaccines because they were developed too fast. When some people were dying from the vaccine, I was freaked out! When the CDC told the world that people who died had underlying health conditions, and it was not the vaccines, I felt a little better about the situation. Finally, when I took the vaccines, I had no issues with them.

I'm so sorry to hear about your experience and the challenges you've faced since the vaccination. It's heartbreaking that you've had to go through this, and I hope you're finding the support you need during this difficult time.

In my country, it was practically mandatory to get vaccinated. While technically you could decline, doing so meant you were restricted from accessing many places, as proof of vaccination was required almost everywhere you went.
