Back in elementary school, my favorite children's book with Number the Stars by Lois Lowry. Then, Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling took over my reading life for quite some time. Still love the series!

I remember Merchant of Venice by Shakespeare given to us in our syllabus. And I enjoyed studying it throughout that year.
