That makes sense to me, and I agree they are pretty simple. I do end up reading a lot of picture books to my children every day, but sometimes I do like a good middle grade chapter book.Shirley Ann Riddern Labzentis wrote: ↑09 Aug 2024, 19:03 I only read them to my young grandsons or if I am commenting on a Book Of The Day. Some of them are adorable but way too easy to read. Besides, I'm into romance novels.
Thank you for sharing! Romance can be a very fun genre to read. Hope you're reading a good romance now!

I like that you have childhood books to go back to and reread! Yes, I agree that there are ones that I may not have understood everything at the time, but can as an adult. Thank you for sharing!Genesis Haney wrote: ↑10 Aug 2024, 01:49 Sometimes the simplicity of children's book is amusing as an adult and you would not understand somethings that you understand when you read it as an adult so yes I like reading children books but mostly those one that I have already read once before in my childhood and understand the things about the book that you did not before

I agree. Children's books can help children learn more about life and how to learn one another's perspectives. Sometimes, I end up learning something new when I read a children's book!saira saleem 2 wrote: ↑12 Aug 2024, 11:13![]()

The new stories are so interesting and full of morals and values. So far none of the books have disappointed me, rather I have new found respect for children’s book authors.
