I'm reading it now! I love thrillers, especially true crime, and this fits that. I'll share my thoughts and a review when I'm done.

Yes, I have read "Quest: Finding Freddie." The book's exceptional narrative transported me back to 1976, vividly depicting the political turmoil and personal stakes involved. Spradlin's recounting of his relentless quest to locate his missing client, Freddie Nachman, in Lagos, Nigeria, was gripping. His detailed portrayal of Nigerian society and politics, combined with the authentic and vibrant descriptions of his journey, made me feel as though I was walking the streets of Lagos alongside him. Overall, it was a captivating and well-written book that I thoroughly enjoyed.

I have read it and what piqued my interest is the location of the plot and the adventure nature of it. I wanted to see how Saplin solved the issue and I was glad at the outcome of it. As I mentioned earlier, the adventure nature of the book made it fit into my reading preference.
