Special Offer: 10 bonus points when you buy the August BOTM (Deceptive Calm)

Post by Scott »

As a special offer, if you buy a copy of the August Book of the Month, I will give you 10 bonus points on your Reviewer Score for the next year. :o

You can buy it from any major retailer (e.g. Amazon, B&N, Walmart, Target, etc.), and you can buy it in any format (ebook, paperback, hardcover, etc.), but I recommend the $3 ebook from Kindle. That's beacuse it's only $3, and you do not need a Kindle to read the Kindle version. You can read it on any smartphone, tablet, or computer using the Free Kindle App.

This is an incredible top-rated novel set in the Jim Crow South. It deserves to be bought and read by as many people as possible.

Use the following steps to claim this special limited time offer:

STEP ONE -- Buy a copy of the book now (available for only $3).

STEP TWO-- Upload a copy of your receipt.

That's it! Then, as soon as a moderator checks your receipt and confirms it, you will automatically be given 10 bonus points on your reviewer score.

Thank you,
Scott

Fine Print: If you already claimed the limited time 25 bonus points for buying the Nook edition, then this new alternate offer does not apply to you. In other words, if you already have been given 25 bonus points for buying this book, you will not get an additional 10 points (35 total) by claiming this new offer.

Thanks for this 😅.
I've actually been eyeing the book for a while and was planning to read it later.
Apart from the offer, knowing it caught the sight of the site admin gave me enough of a reason to make the purchase 😶

Thank you for this offer! I was also on the edge of buying "Deceptive Calm" beforehand as well! Had some life events come up and got sidetracked, but glad I didn't miss out!
I am an avid reader. I typically read 1-2 books per week. I enjoy a wide array of genres including Sci Fi, Action/Thriller, and Historical Fiction.

As a geologist and christian, I also particularly enjoy books on science and faith.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book, and I hope there is a sequel:-)
It very much deserves the BOTM award.

Wow, this is a great opportunity. The book is insightful and educational. Having an additional point tied o it is a bonus.

I honestly enjoyed the ride this book took me through. From the 1860s. to the 1880s, it was a real rollercoaster full of fun moments, history lessons and emotional moments that kept me captivated 😌
