Insofar as the word 'should' even has meaning, then we must say that the past is exactly as it should be, everything that happened should have happened, and everything that should happen will happen

I was able to find at least two typographical or grammatical errors in the book so far. But yes, this book is likely professionally edited, given the quality of its content.
I am an avid reader. I typically read 1-2 books per week. I enjoy a wide array of genres including Sci Fi, Action/Thriller, and Historical Fiction.

As a geologist and christian, I also particularly enjoy books on science and faith.

So, I finished this book and went back and reviewed what I had thought were grammatical errors. However, upon close examination, they were not. I ended up submitting my review having found no typographical or grammatical errors. There were a few that I had to look at a few times over to study. But overall, without any errors found, and given the status and nature of the author's background, I would say that, without a doubt, this book has been professionally edited.

Yes, it was professionally edited. Not only were there no errors in the narrative, but the story flowed beautifully and I was drawn into the descriptions of his life right from the start.

There were mistakes, but they weren’t excessive. The author is clearly brilliant and hardworking, so maybe it was only proofread by himself. I noticed more mistakes than I usually do when I buy a book from the store.

Although Mr. Ansary is a talented and educated person who wrote a great book, I found it must have been professionally edited because of the quality of the construction and grammar.

The book was very well edited. I usually come across aorund 5 errors each book at least, but this one was impressively well-edited. I was satisfied with it.
