Babies who die when they are born, can they go to heaven?

Nice question to think about. I don't think anybody knows what will happen after our death. But if there is hell and heaven, then I believe the soul might return for another life.

This is a very thought-provoking question! And I honestly do not know the answer to it. Catholic faith teaches that for a child/baby to go to heaven, they'd have to have been baptised. But obviously, this won't apply to a newborn. So do they end up in purgatory? I just know that God, in his infinite wisdom and mercy, would have a perfect solution for this.
