I had already considered that the texts of the Bible should not be understood literally, but I hadn’t previously reflected on the connection between the timeless existence and time-based existence in relation to the Bible. Now, the events of the Bible seem more understandable, yet more mysterious. The author has done a great job explaining many concepts—it felt like a touch of timelessness. He found the right words to express these ideas. I haven’t read the entire Bible yet, but after reading this book, it will be interesting to approach the Bible with this new perspective.

The analysis did make sense and did provide insight on the topic for me. It's easy to try and explain the Bible and God literally and in relation to human understanding. However, we must remember that God and other supernatural elements of the like transcend what we can understand, including time. I like that the author made the distinction between a timeless and a time-based existence.
