Did the author’s analysis of “timeless being” versus “time-based being” provide insights that had not occurred to you?

The book argues that the Bible’s references to “eternity” should not be understood as an endless succession of seconds, minutes and days. Instead, the author argues that eternity is a form of existence that is experienced completely outside of time itself (https://ygodallowsevil.com/timelessness). Did the author’s analysis of “timeless being” versus “time-based being” provide you with any insights that had not occurred to you before?

Insofar as the word 'should' even has meaning, then we must say that the past is exactly as it should be, everything that happened should have happened, and everything that should happen will happen

I had already considered that the texts of the Bible should not be understood literally, but I hadn’t previously reflected on the connection between the timeless existence and time-based existence in relation to the Bible. Now, the events of the Bible seem more understandable, yet more mysterious. The author has done a great job explaining many concepts—it felt like a touch of timelessness. He found the right words to express these ideas. I haven’t read the entire Bible yet, but after reading this book, it will be interesting to approach the Bible with this new perspective.

The timeless and time-based existence explanations helped me better understand the story behind Adam and Eve. This was something I had never considered before.

Yes, the analysis proved helpful. I did not view it from that aspect but after the explanations, I was able to understand well.

The Bible's events now appear more comprehensible but also more enigmatic. Many ideas have been expertly explained by the author; it has a timeless quality. He was able to put these thoughts into words.

The analysis did make sense and did provide insight on the topic for me. It's easy to try and explain the Bible and God literally and in relation to human understanding. However, we must remember that God and other supernatural elements of the like transcend what we can understand, including time. I like that the author made the distinction between a timeless and a time-based existence.
