Yes, it does. For an experienced author as Paul Kiritsis, this book deserves enough PR. Definitely, his professional expertise would give this book enough credits. I think for this book to be a BOTM, the author's professional expertise played a significant role.

Absolutely!! That should not even be a question. An author as elite as Paul Kristisis is deserved of full credibility. I think the author's name in the writing world propelled this masterpiece to its success.

That's not something I explicitly considered when reading the book. What impressed me most was the book's meticulous research and the author's obvious command of the subject matter. The writing itself was so seamless and the arguments so well-constructed that the author's specific credentials didn't really factor.

I think that the authors educational background and professional experience became important to me after I started the book. Before I realized that it was more of an academic text with a lot of research and sources I didn't really care. Personally, I don't want to read something that seems heavily researched by somebody who doesn't have a background in that area I can rely on.
