Insofar as the word 'should' even has meaning, then we must say that the past is exactly as it should be, everything that happened should have happened, and everything that should happen will happen

The cover of the book attracted me into developing interest in this book. The Title of this book "The Riddles of Alchemy" interested me too. I was eager to find out about the transformation.

The topic of Alchemy always intrigued me. On top of that, the cover is incredible enough to capture one's attention. That's why I felt drawn to the book. And it definitely lived up to my expectations.

Alchemy is an interesting topic. Many cartoon or anime talks about alchemy, but what alchemy really is, I still don't quite know. That is why "The Riddle of Alchemy" by Paul Kiritsis is very eye catching for me.

Well, the cover was intriguing and so I bought it in the bookstore. I gave it a try and I was hung up on it.

Firstly, I've always been intrigued by the subject of alchemy itself. It's this fascinating blend of mysticism, early science, and philosophy, and I wanted to delve deeper into its complexities.

Initially, I was intrigued by the cover and the words "Riddle" and "Alchemy." I have degrees in medieval history and literature and recently read (and watched A Discovery of Witches again, so I was hooked pretty quickly, thinking it was going to be something like that. It wasn't what I was expecting, but I love well-thought-out academic work, and this definitely qualifies!

I'm currently in both a Chemistry and a Philosophy class in college. Although I'm not the biggest fan of science, philosophy and history are subjects that I absolutely love. Alchemy itself is an interesting and ancient practice.

I think the quest to understand all that Alchemy entails together with the mystery surrounding the title and cover made me pick up this book.

I've always been intrigued by alchemy and its history. I tried to read this book, but sadly, it was too dry for me. I found my mind wandering as I was reading and couldn't keep my focus on the material. It isn't relatable at all. I think that, even if a topic is as dense as alchemy, it can be written in such a way as to make it accessible and engaging. This one just didn't do it.

I was intrigued by the cover and title; i thought at first it was of the sci-fi/fantasy genre but the description told me otherwise. Still, I was intrigued to learn more about the author's views.
