Oh and also, if I do complete reading it, how do I choose it for review? Is it my choice or will I get the review opportunity?

I haven't read this book either, but the title definitely got my attention and made me laugh. I will be checking into this book and possibly adding it to my bookshelf on the site. I'm looking forward to reviews on it.

I was immediately drawn in by the book's title and decided to give it a read as soon as I was done with the other book. I'll be researching this book and might even put it on my bookshelf. As I read the introduction, I'm hopeful it will be an engaging read and that it will be an excellent book. It sounds like a good star book for readers to pick up.

The book's title is captivating and it does not disappoint. The lessons in the book are obvious and readers will benefit a lot from reading this. I give it a perfect rating.

You can check on your select tab if it's available for review. I don't know if the request to review option is still on the bookshelves menu. You can try it out.

I'll give it a 5. The author's journey is inspiring with a touch of African childhood memories that I relate to. The racism challenges and her achievements are a big inspiration. The infusion of American politics is what I don't know if it was worth it.

I'm three-quarters into the book and not liking it so much. I know that is a memoir about the author, but it seems like it is too much bragging on the author's part. I'm good at this, I'm good at that, they picked me for this job, I excelled in making money, so I bought this, etc. All of a sudden, she had a baby. With whom? No mention of a boyfriend, husband, one night stand, nothing. The only other character that she talks about is her brother. Then she starts in on politics and racism. I don't want to read your opinion on them, I want to know about your life struggles and challenges more. There doesn't seem to be too many of those, at least, so far.

Now that I am finished reading this book, I give it about 3 stars. It was too self-absorbed and she really did not go into depth about her life. It was all about her accomplishments, and I got the vibe, "look at me, I'm wonderful!" I did not want to read her opinions on politics and Trump. It did not live up to a BOTM.

I would recommend this book for young people. Monica is a self-made person and she has a wonderful journey she shares. I enjoyed reading about her life in Africa, the culture, her family, and her schooling. I was puzzled by what she said; she had a child with no explanation! I like everything about the book.

I was impressed with Monico's talent to counsel families, and especially their troubled children. She was asked to do this while she had her own insurance company. The people that came to her office recognized her to be someone with authority, and she was able to help many teens to change their bad attitude and become productive in their lives.

The author's reviews of books have been mixed, with some finding them captivating and others finding the lessons clear and beneficial. Skylar Fox and Kelvin Omollo rated "Will of The Hill" and "I Am Blessed" respectively, while Lynn Rasmussen gave a 5-star rating to "Seeing." Kelvin Omollo suggested checking book availability for review. Shirley Ann Riddern Labzentis found the memoir "The Three Lives Led by Sigmund Freud: Volume I The Fledgling Scientist -- 1856-1898" too much bragging.

I haven't started on it, but from the reviews I have read from the people I know, I think it is going to leave a mark on me. I can't wait to get started on it.
