Thank you for the review. I like medical thrillers because as much as the story might be interesting, it’s equally very educative, you can learn a lot about medicine.

This review here is a wonderful one and it reminds me a lot about the medical thriller titles, “malignant”.
From the view of the medical-ignorant group, this could be scary and maybe traumatizing cause of the spread of disease and its resulting deaths.

This is an incredibly detailed and passionate review of The Seneca Scourge! You've done an excellent job of conveying how the book, despite its medical subject matter, manages to be a compelling and "cohesive blend of a story" with elements of mystery and sci-fi.
It's clear that the tension-building, character development (especially Sydney and Casper), and the intricate plot were major highlights for you. Your appreciation for the author's challenging vocabulary is also quite unique and speaks to the depth of the writing.
While you noted a few minor issues, your overwhelming enthusiasm for the book—especially that "masterfully done" twist—shines through, making your 4 out of 4-star rating feel incredibly well-deserved. This review definitely makes me want to dive into this medical thriller!
