Marti Rulli, New Author

Post by Annie1896 »

I've read so many books over the years, and very few of them by new authors. Because I'm a fan of the late Natalie Wood, I bought new author Marti Rulli's book, Goodbye Natalie Goodbye Splendour. I am astounded at her effort and the quality of her work in this account of Dennis Davern's witness version of what really happened to the late Natalie Wood who was found floating in the ocean in her nightgown, socks and a down coat the morning of Nov. 29, 1981. This is an astounding tribute to a Hollywood icon, but also quite an accomplishment for a first time author. There is a lot of talk and controversy over this book, but I can't see anyway possible to fault what this author has offered us. It is simply a stunning read. I couldn't put it down. Few established authors can keep me up all night. Marti Rulli did. Annie
