Former Australian author Peter Corris - who sadly passed away back in 2018 - would have been great for a chat over a beer. Loved his Cliff Hardy character, in particular.

Likewise, current day true crime writer Andrew Rule, who tends to know a lot more than the law allows him to disclose.
